Fair market value for a starting QB.
I'd guess the first two years are basically guaranteed with an out before the third year.

I mean, he was a starting QB before getting traded. Nick Foles was a backup who got hot a couple times.Too much. Should have been closer to 20-25 for a one year wonder. Hopefully he’s not another Foles.

I like it. If it doesn't work out after 2021, the Titans can move on.
It can be a 2-year, $42M deal or $21M per year average? That's a steal, IMO.
EDIT: Other tweets say his $29M 2022 salary is guaranteed in 2021 so my numbers are off. If he plays 2021, it averages $23.66M per. It's a 3-year, $71M deal if the Titans release him after the 2022 season.
His money for 2020 isn't in the top 15: 2020 Quarterback Contracts and Salaries | Over The Cap
