Puck said:I say this again
ANY ailment outside of blindness or broken wrists/fingers should have NO effect on a players ability to catch a football
Ty's problems catching the ball are not horse-tackle related
do not let the demonic fool you with words like "obvious"
Puck said:there you go assuming again
what makes you think i've never "done" a knee ?
and btw,...... if Ty's head was so "screwed up" because of injury, why in the heck does he catch the ball in practice and not in games ?
whether or not he catches the ball has no bearing on if a defender will cut out his kness .... your theory is flawed
and (as always) you are completely avoiding the POINT
he's gonna get hit whether he catches it or not
if he's shy about getting hit, then he needs to not play

You just can't help but say nutty things, can you?elfinmagic53 said:Ya'll really need to quit hatin' on Lamont Thompson. He's a solid safety. He can't help if he was saddled with an inadequate pair of corners.
Hill and PM Jones are a lot better than you give them credit for. Jones showed improvement during the year and Hill did as well.elfinmagic53 said:. He can't help if he was saddled with an inadequate pair of corners.

I have knee problems myself and it has caused my to play at a lower level because I am dont want to worsen the extent of the knew problems. So times when I could have jumped and made the miraclous catch (at least a miracolous catch for a white boy), I dont because of my knew. It takes time before you completely rid yourself of the secondguessing on "should I make the jump, should I make the cut" before you return to normal level of playVigsted said:Just wanted to add my personal experience to backup Gunny's argument (no, not about the Nintendo). While I've personally only ever experienced a partial MCL tear, a few of my teammates have sufferede complete ACL tears and there is definetly more to coming back than just the physical rehab.
However, you do have to wonder if Calico has the mental strength to do so, because in this league you can't really wait forever hoping he will eventually turn the corner.
