Chargers owner Dean Spanos on London to reporters in LA: “It’s total f—$in b*lls**t. We’re not going to London. We’re not going anywhere. We’re playing in Los Angeles. This is our home, and this is where we are planning to be for a long f—$ing time. Period.”

foul mouth Greek

i just don't get it, are there zero cities remaining in the United States (or hell even Canada) that can support a team? Seriously.

If London does get a team, i hope it fails.. probably won't right away, but their players would be at such a disadvantage, they would suck.

Even if they suck, they will be embraced by England and probably a few more European countries. They will have a massive and loyal fanbase in no time.

Eh... televised games are almost too good. Moving toward cities not wanting to deal with a team, but be able to enjoy it.

None of those teams will move.

As it is, Dallas should not be in the NFC East but they are Dallas so they get in.

Any team in the AFC East will pitch a fit if asked to move.

My fear is that they will move the Cows to the west and stick the Chargers in the AFC South.

I read where the plan is to move the cows to the west, the Dolphins to the south, and the Chargers to the east.

League must not be happy with how many “fans” are showing up. I really thought they gave the middle finger to SD already but just in case any still travel the short distance, this should pretty much pinch off the loaf in their faces.

Don’t think it happens but I’ll absolutely that Goodell is dumb enough to keep trying to ruin the league and move a team across the pond. That would be the worst change in the league to date.

conflicting reports.

“Long time” = maybe 12 years?
The question is where are the “greener pastures” next?

I had this idea where any team that relocated to London should move out of every division and start their own league somewhere disassociated with the NFL.
NFL can expand a replacement team and wouldn’t miss a beat.

Imagine being in the AFCW and having to make that trek every yr

South - Tennessee, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Miami

West - Kansas City, Denver, Las Vegas, Houston

East - New England, Buffalo, New York, London

North - no change

I read that would make the afcw the only western division in any sport without a California team.

Even better, switch Indy and Cincy.

AFC South: Tennessee, Jacksonville, Miami, Cincy

We still wouldn't win it ever.
