I only had flu once... did not have to go to hospital but was feverish for a day or so.

coughing up my lungs constantly...

probably should have went to doctor but basically healthy people who get sick ( who are not alone ) dont need the professional monitoring so why go to the doctor unless symptoms warrant ???

I had flu few years back, and couldn’t drive myself to the hospital. 2 bags of saline…. soaked the stretcher. Felt way better getting fluids.

Negative. It can cause problems with bowel if taking too much. Also needs an aid getting to cells. Quercetin helps. These types of things also never talked about amongst jabber libbies. Your own immune system. Last I looked, better than 8 of 10 Rona fatalities were deficient in D3. Seems talking heads may want to point that out…
