Eddie George had 700 more carries at this point in his career than Henry has. That's 2 heavy seasons worth.

Henry will eclipse 300 carries for just the 3rd time in his career.

Yes, Henry gets used a lot as there's really no other threat currently... But he's not overused and ran in the dirt like people make it out to be.

Look up some of the all time greats that have 7-8+ 300+ carry seasons in a row. It's not uncommon.

I'm not giving up on Malik after one season particularly with this offensive staff he's saddled with. Pun... whatever...
Have you watched the dude try to play QB? He's shown NOTHING to convince anyone he's anything other than pretty real bad at it.

What are the chances of the same team having the worst passing Defense and the worst passing Offense in the same season ?

We can't all sit here game after game complaining about the OL, the WRs, and both the offensive scheming / play design, and personnel decision making, and then say that every bad play he makes fall totally and completely on his shoulders.

I'll agree...there's a lot of bad play around him but he makes plenty of dumb decisions and looks completely lost on every play all by himself.

Sure, any QB would look better behind a great OLine with great play calling and great recievers. But I watch Willis play, I feel like I'm watching someone who has never been on a football field, not someone with potential to be a good QB in the NFL.

Coming into the season, most Titans fans knew that Willis was a major project that will need a ton of time to develop to potentially be successful. But he's more of a project than I thought.

He hasn't looked good by any means, and this should not be surprising, but he struggles with basic NFL qualities a QB should have. Today, at times he looked serviceable, but he clearly cannot process much at the required speed of the NFL. He also needs to learn to be more decisive in his decision making and run more north/south instead of east/west. This is on top of his accuracy issues that were well documented at college.

The offensive coaching staff is among the worst in the NFL, and their ability to develop offensive players should be questioned. In addition, they do not run a QB friendly system (hence why Willis really needed a season to sit on the bench and watch)

At the same time, Willis has two games left to show improvement. He doesn't have to be elite, just show some noticeable improvement. Granted he's better than he started, but my god he was bad at the beginning of the season, so he could only improve. He's not complete crap at the moment, but not a great first season so far.

This pretty much confirms the vibe I got from Willis in the past. Could care less whether the team wins or loses. I sure hope the team moves on quickly. He’s a waste of a roster spot

Ya he has always had this attitude, i get the staying positive thing but to this degree is wack. I look forward to seeing him on the Houston Roughnecks within a few years

Tammy does it better…

Malik is a great tank commander for 2023 if we can't get a quarterback this year.

He is completely unable to function as an NFL quarterback. There's rawness and then there's being fucking terrible at football. Malik is the latter.

And the "blessed to be here" stuff is nice and all but you are ngmi as an NFL quarterback with these kind of mentals.

Tammy does it better…
Tammy is better than Malik but Tammy is just a fluffer, teasing us with ok regular season stats and thinking we have a shot going into playoffs then he ultimately becomes a POS inept turnover machine. This is a QB rich draft, trade Tammy and Malik, go on in and try to get one of the top 5 QBs. I don't care who, we just know Tammy's time is up and Malik ain't it.

yes I can

I watched Malik’s highlights in college and had no clue what the hype was out. Didn’t even look like a good QB, let alone an NFL Starter. I didn’t have a problem with taking a chance in the 3rd round, but he’s even worse than I thought he was. Lack’s intelligence and accuracy. Can’t make all the throws. Exactly what you DON’T want in your QB.

I’m almost amazed how short a memory the tank commandos have.

in 2014 the titans had the perfect QB to tank and did a very good job despite only being second best at tanking. While the Bucs got Winston for tanking best, the titans got MM8.

no promised land, no franchise QB, nothing. Tanking is not a good strategy nor does it payoff in MOST cases. (that’s right, the large majority of this strategy results in failure)

My thoughts exactly !!!
