That seems counter productive as hell

Rest is as important as the workouts themselves. If you dont allow your body time to recover you dont grow

It’s the Cory Gregory program if you don’t know Cory Gregory then you can’t talk lifting

Its a bad program

I would love for you to explain how ripping your muscle fibers apart daily is a good plan for success

Just one leg day a week?

You're supposed to do Tuesday and Friday. Weekends and Wednesdays off

I just don’t have enough time to do 2 leg days per week and hit all the other muscle groups.

I’ve got about 45min of actual lifting time during lunch.

So each muscle group gets one day (lift Mon, Tues, Thurs) I do cardio on Wednesday and now rows on Friday’s

Sticking to a schedule you can juggle is important. I really suggest a break midweek if youre striving for muscle gains.

Being active every day is great but itll cost you strength

yeah that’s what I was doing, but I started to notice I was gaining some fat around my stomach by just eating and lifting. So I added in the cardio days to keep it under control lol
