Saints screwed by PI no call again!!!

Terrible that the nfl allows this bs and doesn't step in or do anything about it. Saint lose again because refs are terrible at their job, but hey brees and co will be at home next week not getting paid and these refs will all be on the field getting paid next week. Good job nfl!!

No sympathy for the Saints on that one. Seen plenty of worse PI non-calls not to mention a guy with a career of being allowed to do that, Hopkins.

But didn't they make PI reviewable specifically because of the saints? And then they don't even bother on a playoff game winner

It makes zero sense. I can’t imagine being a Saints fan right now. NFL rules just don’t matter in some games. Like, yesterday when the Texans kick returner freely gave the ball up in the end zone. That was a live ball, according to the rule. Should have been a Bills TD. But no, refs “knew” what he meant. How about “knowing” the rules?

Wish they had done that for Reynaud

That was a bigger call! Brees cost the saints the game

Someone in the know explain this PI Challenge rule like I'm 5.

I thought the coach could challenge any PI or PI no-call. I was in and out so did the Saints not have a challenge left?

It was overtime so I'm sure it was the nonsense about booth review only, no coaches

Last play of the game, so under 2 minutes. Has to come from NY.

I’m sure someone can post a video but Rudolph extended his arm into the chest of the defender. There’s a reaction to the push so it could have been called.

I said before I’ve seen worse, so I’m ok with the no call and based on the PI reviews to this point, I don’t think it gets reversed anyway.

That's how normal challenges are handled. I thought this new rule was anytime.

That being the case, the play which led to the rule wouldn't have helped the Saints last year either.

It wasn't blatant, for sure.

But no doubt there's a double standard cause a little offsides is going to be enforced the same as a guy two steps across.

Seahawks-Eagles:
I think the NFL should put in a rule that if a player is knocked out of the game on a helmet to helmet or blindside block, etc.... the player that made the hit should be out of the game for as long as the guy in concussion protocol. Even if it goes into future games.

I liked that no call PI at the end of the Saints game. When the Vikings player put his hand out and pushed/touch the saints cb, the cb just stopped, probably expecting he was get bailed out with a flag. I'm tired of these NFL players looking around every play for a damn flag instead of just preforming. He had the opportunity to defend against that pass that loss is on him.
