Last year he wasn’t under contract and took the year off to “get healthy” aka “nobody wanted him”.

This year he’ll get $150,000 Covid pay.
 
Some important players are opting out. Starters on the Chiefs, Ravens, and Patriots OLs. And Donta Hightower.

Let's hope our boys feel safe enough to play.

Pat's OL is a cancer survivor, don't blame him at all. Hightower just had a baby, becoming a dad can certainly change your life choices.

I fully support any of our players who choose to opt out. All of these guys want to play, but each person has to make their choice based on their situation.
