Quit hating lol, The Avengers was great. Masterpiece? Nah, but probably a top 5 adaptation of a comic book. The CGI absolutely did not suck. You need to understand that a Gollum that blends in well in a movie where the entire background is CGI, is gonna look more realistic than a big azz green Hulk roaming around New York City in broad daylight. That doesn't mean the CGI sucked, in fact, the CGI was great. It's a superhero movie, were you expecting dialogue on the level of 12 Angry Men? Relax with that pseudo intellect, bro and go enjoy your Turin Horse.

Your argument about the Hulk is incorrect. He looked better ten years ago in the first film.

Um, you do realize the backdrop of Avengers was also CGI?
Terrible movie. Simply terrible.
And like I said the first time, the dialogue of the original comics was smarter than this film.

Every movie uses CGI now.. It's a necessary evil. Most of the time you don't even know it... Cities, crowds, trees etc..
And I would say that 99% of every Avengers backdrop was CGId to a good extent. Same as LOTR.
And I'm not talking about if the Bana Hulk movie was lamer - the animation simply looked better.
There were points in the Avengers when The Hulk appeared in an almost flat traditional animation appearance. The best term I can think of to describe it was "hokey".
I am not alone in this opinion.
2003 Hulk vs Avengers Hulk. The animation is clearly better in the older one.
