Conference championship or Super Bowl? Well, they are the newest team at least.
I don't know if the Lions have ever made an NFC championship game. Maybe during the Wayne Fonts years, when they ran the run and shoot and Barry Sanders was there. I know the Lions have never made a Super Bowl.
Browns and Jags have also never made a Super Bowl but they have made an AFC Title game.
Chiefs D looked impressively better than it had last time we played them and apparently they have given up the least amount of point since in the final 6 games of the season over any other team.
Lions have not made it past the Divisional Playoffs. But in their history they have won a Championship before the merger.
Curse of Bobby Layne still hangs over their franchise.I knew they had won a pre merger champ, I think they won a few didn't they?
