Concussions and tears are part of the game unfortunately but I'll never understand the amount of hamstring injuries league wide. Seems to happen to players even if no history of it in college, it's the same game isn't it? Obviously the NFL is a league on another level, physicality and speed wise, but still these guys have been training to play this sport for years.

In middle school and high school I played football and ran track. During those times I pulled a hamstring one time in 10th grade and it was because I was running late and didn't have a chance to do full stretches with the team. So I blamed that hamstring pull on not stretching.

If you go to a Titans game these days, watch their pregame rituals. The players mingle around with each other, dance to the music playing on the PA system, doing some sort of photo ops or just playing catch. They never stretch as a team like you would use to see back in the day. This could also have a lot to do with the numerous injuries.

The NFL has turned into more of a TV entertainment show than a sport

Pulled my hammy in high school. Worst injury i had. Very long recovery, and when it felt good, repulled it. Six months. Ended VY’s career.

Yup agree. Pulled mine on the 3rd track meet and never recovered the rest of the year because it kept pulling every time I ran full speed. It's also a mental thing too.

Hamstring pulls are no joke.

That's why you have to take strict preventative measures to make sure it doesn't happen in the first place with strict stretching routines.

We should follow the Spears no ACL technique and just remove all of our players hammys.

Comparing your middle school self to professional NFL players is something

Burks was just another JRob shit stain special, outside of Conklin who walked and Big Jeff his 1st rounders were a bunch of blunders.

Yep, he should have never drafted the players Vrabel said he wanted. He should have known Vrabel was going to stab him in the back when Vrabel's picks sucked.

Da Bum is out again. Should've just placed his ass on IR.

Boo birds will reign supreme anytime he drops a pass.

#16 and #18 were supposed to be a big part of our offense, yet nowhere to be heard of this season.

As much as I hate WR's like AJB, Antonio Brown and Stefon Diggs, at least they show up to play and play well, regardless of being divas.
