People seem up and down on Tua. Gimme the lowdown on all 3. I’ve seen Burrow and he looked good. Eason seems to have a good arm.
All people talk about with Eason is his “big arm” and potential. But, he has nothing to show for it. I don’t want a QB who can’t produce against average college defenses. Burrow looks really good right now, but I want to see him for an entire season. Tua is the most pro-ready right now. But why take my word, watch all of them for yourself.

Right now I agree on Eason. He is performing poorly in the Pac 12. If he can be successful there, I have might doubts about the NFL. We have had a UW qb who had very little Pac 12 success...Jake Locker was a big mistake.

Hurts - No. College quarterback. Tough guy. Great leader. Great runner. Look at his throws down field.

Tua - Seems pretty legit. We aren't in the picture.

Burrow - absolutely amazing this year. However, I'm not sure he was a pro prospect going into the year and there seems to be a gentleman's agreement to not play defense in the SEC this year. Need to see him down the stretch.

Eason - Not sure why people are saying he struggled so much. His numbers are basically the same as Fromm's and better than Lawrence. With less talent around him. And he is playing against better defenses (statistically, at least) than the other people we talked about. Locker completed 54% of his passes in college and averaged a pick a game. Eason is far more accurate (66% this year) and far more careful with the ball (13 TD's, 3 Int's).

Oregon/Washington will be a big test today. Oregon D is pretty top tier. Must watch game for a Titans fan.

He struggled against Cal, Stanford, and USC. None of those are top 50 defenses, though pass defense efficiency Cal is 12. The others don’t make top 50. Fromme has played two top 50 defenses in ND and to might great surprise, Tennessee. I will be watching him vs Oregon today.

I am certainly willing to give him the season...and I agree, he is not Jake Locker. Maybe that was a low blow on my part. But my primary point is I want our future qb to demonstrate some success against the types of defenses.

Right now, I Fromme better...but will keep an open mind.

Well said. I will definitely be recording that game and watching later

Eason is showing out against oregon right now. 3 tds so far and the 3rd quarter just started. That 55 yard bomb was a thing of beauty
