Davis? What has he done wrong? He can't help that the OL and QB blow.

Lack of RG is just as big an issue. Hopefully Nate Davis comes back soon and is good. Mariota might could've thrived behind lewan, saffold, jones, davis, conk/kelly at one point but hes too mentally broken at this point. Get Lewan, Davis, and Tannehill in there and we MIGHT have an average offense.
 
For the first time in a LONG time... I'm wearing a different hat while out and about.

Embarrassed to wear my Titans hat around today.

Maybe tomorrow... or after Sunday.

How in the hell do you know Davis is a bust? He blocks well, he catches the erratic passes from Mariota(one handed in pouring rain), and he gets open. If we had a QB worth a damn, he would be a 1,000 yard guy annually.

This summer, I bought a titans hat while I was back in the states. When I flew back to China, I left it in the taxi from the airport.

I was bummed for a while. I'm ok with it now.

Why was the throw to Davis called an illegal formation? He covered delanie, but he never went out for a route. I’m a little confused on that rule.
 
Thursday night is EXACTLY the kind of game Jacksonville is built for.

We play perfectly into their hands.

If they manage to get a multiple-score lead... their defense can do what it was designed to do - the off on the QB.

We gifted them the first score almost immediately... the second was good on them, though.

If we had kept it a close game, their defense would've "held back" a bit - but instead, they knew pretty much how we'd have to play and just bull rushed our QB.

They rarely found themselves in such a position before, which is why they used to struggle even with such a great defense.

Maybe next time...
