I'd love to know who some of the people who are down on JRob think is a good GM. Because I can assure you, any GM has their misses.
For example, let's just look at the NFL darling Chiefs. The Chiefs have been great because they nailed the Mahomes pick, but they have lots of other misses in the draft in recent years. Mecole Hardman has been meh at best, even with the best QB in the game. They have like 1 starter out of their entire 2018 draft. 2019 isn't really any better. 2020... yeah not a lot looking good there either.
Most teams get 1-2 actual starting caliber players from each draft at best. JRob has had two drafts that were homeruns comparatively - 2017 and 2019. He was able to get 4 starters out of 2017, and 4 out of 2019 once Hooker becomes a full time guy this year. Heck, he even got 2 out of 2018 with Evans and Landry, when we only had 4 picks that year!
2020 was a down year, but it's possible that Evans and Fulton still end up solid from that draft, so that's not an entirely lost cause.
It's just so, so dumb to say he's on the hot seat just because he didn't take the players you wanted.
