So you’re still missing the point.That’s like arguing against Ray Rice’s suspension because he was the woman beater dumb enough to do it in public on video. We don’t own these communications. That’s the point.
If you think subjectivity is unusual, you’re gonna be real disappointed when you move outta mama’s basement.
We just agreed that the way the issue was discovered and the use to fire/suspend (your example)/ etc. is not a public opinion scenario. The league owned the information.
The entire complaint here is why was Gruden fired but clearly there are more examples, even more heinous incidents, that are just ignored or moderately slapped on the wrist?
It’s subjective based on who? And The subjectivity is the complaint.
So your take on the inconsistent, subjectively enforced, “rules” that aren’t really rules, at least for the public is that it’s a part of life outside in the real world.
So as stupid and weak as your attempt at an insult are, I guess t really doesn’t even make sense. If that’s just the way the world is, I suppose all the thin skinned folks that can’t handle these tough words need to “move out of their mama’s basement” and just accept that it’s usual.
