I do 6/18 most days. No desire to do a 72 hour water fast. Sound awful.
I’ve done a 72 hour fast 3 times.
It kinda sucks, and if I didn’t have to work, wouldn’t have been able to do anything. Didn’t feel comfortable driving.
48 was really not bad. The first day was nothing. I can do 24 now without any issue.
I probably made it until about 54 before I gave in.
I could do 72 but I need to be alone. With the stress of family and kids it’s ass.
I discovered back during the Fall it’s way easier for me to just not eat than eat healthy all the time. Like I’m going to eat ****** stuff. I love food. Taking a few days off a week from eating altogether seems like a viable solution tbh. I can maintain this.
I was eating healthy and then I’d eat an entire pizza. **** up everything.
Now if I eat an entire pizza I just don’t eat for a day or so afterwards
NahHow active are you guys? Is your energy not complete ass on prolonged fast like that?
i prefer to do it everyday, keeps me motivated. you have to understand plateaus are normal thoStop weighing yourself everyday
This is the big thing.i prefer to do it everyday, keeps me motivated. you have to understand plateaus are normal tho
I weigh everyday, so it is a bit hypocritical of me to say otherwise. So much just goes into weight loss and it is real easy to get discouraged.Weigh everyday but look at weekly average rather than individual daily weights.
Thaky always mad saltyThis is the big thing.
Im not saying thaky did, but its easy to look at that gain the next day negatively. In reality, it could just be a salty meal he had and is just retaining excess water.
