Anyone think this ‘could’ be a trap / look a-head game??
Yes I know every game counts and still need to win this to have a shot at wild card as a fall back - but don’t tell me none of them are thinking ahead to that huuuuge Houston matchup right after this ...

In other news - I live in the Bay Area region so not far from Oakland and going to be wet and sloppy all week ... perfect ideal conditions for a heavy dose of Henry.

Also hoping for free tickets! A former Raider employee (fired by Gruden after working 40+ years for that franchise) May give me 3 free tickets if he can’t go.

just gotta decide if wearing ‘light blue’ is worth it and smart ... o_O

Perfect conditions to prove those last couple fumbles were fluke.

This will be a blowout. Number one qb check. Beat running back, check. Best Defense, check. We will beat them so badly that Bo Jackson will feel it!!!
Look for a lot of subs getting to play early.

Titans- 234
Raiders- 0
I dont think our offense is that good yet, ill go with

Titans 190
Raiders -16

Its warmer in oakland than florida this is bs...

California sucks but the one reason people pay out the @&$ to live here is for the weather / climate
Never been 2 oakland but was in Sacramento once and assumed the weather was similar. Was like 40 in november and my crappy uncle took me 2 get abalone in like 20deg water. Who wouldn't think a 14 year old from miami wanted 2 dive into ice coldnwater with a crow bar 2 kill and eat a giant mussel...

Yeah, this feels like a game we lose.

memory serves me right - doesn’t Oakland have our # as of late?

I do recall a game we should have won / until Lewan did some dumb after the play penalty that cost us the game at the very end.

lol usually Sacramento is one of the hottest cities that’s cow town inland ... Oakland a lot cooler with the Bay

After seeing the tropical water out there Near Miami where you can see the bottom ... Not sure I’d be swimming in any murky @$& water out here on the west coast ... something is liable to grab u and pull U under before u knew what even happened

Ok I had a bad experience lol.

Edit: side note that dosn't surprise me i was in nyc for a weeding and was in a hotel in a part of queens where there was 3 sets of metal detectors at a movie theater and almost every time iv flown I have a stop over in Atlanta...

3 straight
2015 - 24-21
2016 - 17-10
2017 - 26-16

Titans won the previous 3, so maybe we’re due for a couple against the raiders.

Historical series, raiders 30-20

Personally, I’d like to see the titans repeat the 1961 matchup where the Oilers won 55-0. FTR, not old enough to have seen that beat down, so titans should just replay it.

lol some good Raider - Oiler matchups from what I’m assuming back in the day - I’m not old enough to remember them either. A lot of those Raider ‘greats’ swapped teams to the Oilers and vice versa

I only started watching around 90’. By that time it was almost all oilers for the 90’s. (From 88’ to 01’, titans won 6/7). I honestly can’t really remember any specific games until that all important AFCCG where back to back KO were fumbled.

Edit: my mistake. Holcombe fumbled, raiders scored 2 plays later, then John Simon fumbled the KO. 10 easy pts within the 2 minute warning of the first half.

Hmm that goes back farther than my memory - was gunna say Tennessee Oilers inaugural season ‘97.

Eddie George and Tim Brown had themselves a day ... Del Greco FG for the winnnnnnn

listen to the roar of the crowd in Memphis , TN lol ... standing room only ...

We should’ve won two of those three at home. We got screwed on a phantom PI call on a 4th down stop that would’ve ended the game in one. The other we tied the game on a Andre Johnson TD but it was called back on a highly questionable Lewan hands to the face. Or maybe they got AJ on a questionable push off. Either way, it was BS.

I can’t express enough how bad we got screwed in the former game though. They called PI and the dude wasn’t even touched. We won the game.

We are in playoff mode, this team better not be looking ahead. They need to come out swinging, beat them down early and they’ll fold up like cheap lawn chairs.

Standing room because they never bothered to install some bleachers is more like it.
