4 and 17 is one key stat you need to keep in mind this week......that is the record of the Titans playing on the West Coast since they moved to TN.

The Raiders might be 6-6 which is average, but their losses are @ KC, @Vikings, @Packers, @Texans, @ Jets and Chiefs at home.....so they have a bunch of road losses to really good teams

Their offense and lack of scoring points the last several weeks is really an enigma...They out gain the Chiefs by 100yds and lose 40-9 ??!!!??? Against the Bengals Carr goes 25/29 for 292 yds with a 105.7 QBR and Finley for Cincy has a QBR of 39.0 and yet the Raiders only win by 7 ??!!??

I am totally shocked that the Titans are actually 3 point favorites.

The Raiders run defense has been fairly solid like ours and their pass defense has been suspect like ours.....the main differences is that we do a much better job in the red zone and getting off the field on 3rd downs.

This game really worries me....

Since Tannys Takeover we average 29 points a game. 29 points beats Oakland nearly every week. Thats why were favored
 
We broke the losing to Colts trend. Lets break the losing on the WC trend, on our way to breaking the 9-7 trend

Titans need to keep winning and pray for a Kansas City loss. We need to open that door to the #3 seed, to ensure that we don't have to face the Ravens until it is absolutely required ... give them an opportunity to play themselves out or get injured before we go there. :biglaugh:
 
Raiders are 31st in the league in the % of drives that end in a TD while the Titans rank 8th in that all important category
 
Want to win a SB? Win the games you’re supposed to win and get lucky in the toss-up games or underdog games.

We’re favored because we’re better.
Just win the damn game.

Those are pretty good numbers if you ask me.
 
Hopefully this isn't a "trap game".

I keep forgetting this game because all I'm hearing about is the Texans games.

I said earlier during a discussion in the SB something about next weeks Texans game and forgot we were talking about the Raiders. I'm looking too far ahead.

Oakland is 6-6, there is no reason to overlook them right now.

If they were 4-8 then yea Id share your concerns.
 
Supposed to be raining in Oakland for the game. Hopefully everyone keeps a hold of the ball.
 
Any of these stats touting the raiders as a decent team need to be taken with a grain of salt. They started out pretty good, but have been terrible lately. They lost by 31 to both of the chiefs and jets the past two weeks and beat the Finley led Bengals by a touchdown 3 weeks ago. This should be a good ole fashioned butt whooping.
 
This will be a blowout. Number one qb check. Beat running back, check. Best Defense, check. We will beat them so badly that Bo Jackson will feel it!!!
Look for a lot of subs getting to play early.
