answer has to Mariota. In a short 4 games with 17. we are 3-1, run game is back, 17 is decisive and doesnt play scared (which is the main difference i see in him and 8). I cant explain why 8 didnt work but he didnt. Lets just be glad we have 17 and hes making us relevant again.

Bottom line it's the coaches. If they were playing to Marcus's strengths outright then yea I'd blame marcus but arthur stuck to his game plan and vrabel accepted so total accountability is on the coaches. We should have at least 7 wins including the 5 we have.
The thing that also bothers me the elite and great coaches adapts to the players/situations they are dealt and not force players into adverse situations they are not strong at.
So on this arthur has to go. We have a young offense and need a vet/proven OC to enhance these guys and not keep them at this level for their career

He's so scared of throwing picks, he simply won't throw at all unless it's dead ass wide open. And even then, he frequently misses or throws a difficult to catch ball.
