Albert Haynesworth arrested on domestic assault charges
Got arrested for doing way less than he did to Garode
She said something to use the theory on “fear of imminent bodily harm”. I think most if not all states would do the same.WTF... so he didn’t actually touch anyone and still got arrested?
I know making threats is illegal but Domestic assault charges seem steep.
Is this a Tennessee law?

I don’t think anything will come of it due to never actually touching her,
‘Fear of imminent bodily injury’ means fear of immediate physical damage to one’s body. It can be an ingredient of many offences. For example in Tennessee causing another to reasonably fear imminent bodily injury amounts to assault.
