tim duncan said probably 40 words during his career. and was the undisputed leader of one of the greatest dynasty in sports. marcus isnt the same GALAXY as far as tim when it comes to talent, but they have the same exact personality. If anything Marcus probably shows more emotion than Tim did.

Pollard has no right to even speak on the current staff. Its been almost a complete overhaul since he's been here. What Delanie said is 100% correct; and yes its about the titans but its also about the whole league as well. If anything Vrabel should be the one saying this not delanie.

Tim Duncan is the man. He is like Marcus in the sense he was very private, yes. But he was a leader in the sense of his work ethic was unmatched and he refused to let Coach Pop or the organization give him special treatment for being a star talent. Rest of the team would fall in line when they saw how coachable he was and that he would take more verbal berating from Pop than the other guys.

Not much leaks out about what goes on in the Titans locker room. So I have no idea how the coaches and organization treat Marcus. If anything, I feel like he gets more chances and bit more babied than other people on the roster.

Duncan was also a psychology major. So he understood the type of mind games players and even media would try to pull and used it to his advantage.

The only mind games Marcus deals with are the ones going on in his own head. I think the guy is pretty much broken and over thinks every decision he makes on the field.
 
Walker was taking about the league as a whole. Not the Titans. Actually watch the video. Pollard is just stirring up trouble.

what ur saying can be 100% true. but we know as much about Marcus as we did about Tim. Marcus could be working his butt off in practice and during workouts, but it just might not translate to when he gets on the field. Im sure by now if he wasn't a leader then comments would of been made already. Social Media is everywhere now, and you can't hide who isn't a good person or teammate.

I think is reasonable to surmise DW82 is talking about the locker room of which he is currently a member.

Of course if only the EPIC Nashville Local media would have thought to ask a followup question. "Excuse me, Mr. Walker, are you referring to this team?" But, no....

You yourself said this team would be 5-0

Outside of a couple spots the roster is good

Since JR came aboard this has been one of the best franchises around win wise

The only reason Pollard is (and I can't understand why) still relevant in the sports world, is for that hit on Brady in 2008..... He would have been an average player who disappeared from the wavs had not that taken place - another Danorris Searcy..
