How about everyone just pays the measly fee in a timely fashion without making a big deal about it? Everyone knows how much to send and where to send it. Just do it. Really no reason to wait until the very last minute over $12.

Had no idea there was an app, I always complained there wasn't one. Sounds like I'm not missing much.
