Why would a FA WR sign with the Titans?

Titans will have to trade for a WR like they did last yr or draft one. No decent FA WR is going to choose to play in a run first system unless they get way over payed

At this point, I will need to see the Titans run an offense that actually maximizes a WR's skills before I even care about drafting or acquiring one.

No doubt the Titans are.... but a FA WR isn't looking to go to a team that had the 3rd fewest passing attempts in the league

I don’t think most FA care as much as fans think they do. It is money driven. If the Titans pay, they can get quality FAs.
