Nothing we'll end up with picking in the 19th range will beat the best CB in the land...

And with Jackson playing like crap we could use another CB. Logan Ryan is also scheduled to be a FA in 6 months.
 
Now back to reality. Jags are within the division and we need a QB next year...

So this probably wont happen

Because we are likely going to be looking for a QB and I have no idea how we’d go about finding one without it.

Not saying he isn’t worth it, just now isn’t the time.

Depending how Tannehill does we may be able to use a 2nd on a QB
 
i just wouldn't spend a first on him because he has already made it pretty clear he wants to play here and we could end up signing him as an FA. If we bring back Ryan our cb's could be Ramsay, Butler and Ryan, woo
 
He's worth it for sure, I wanted to draft him 1st overall. That said, no I would not trade our 2020 1st. We'll get that, plus other picks to move up and get the best QB we can.
 
If Mariota wasn't terrible or they gave Tannehill a chance to show he's serviceable for next season? Absolutely! We can't afford that now though.
 
If we had a QB I would. But we don't. That's an important piece to put towards finding a real QB.
