I definitely think we should. What is our priority on the waiver wire, right now? Probably close to the middle with a .500 record? We have the bye week to work him into the defense and get him up-to-speed.

I think it is very low risk. He is guaranteed less than $1,000,000 the remainder of the season. If it works out, we got a steal at CB and added depth next season. If it doesn't, let him sit and cut him after the season.

Very little to lose and a huge potential upside.

Yea Bucs secondary has been awful so letting him go means they really have no faith in him.

The guy has talent was he not the guy that stuffed christian McCaffery on the 4th down play earlier in the year in bucs upset win? Roll the dice and try and get better with the bye here perfect time to make a move

I believe his 5th year option has been extended and guarantees his $10m salary for next season already. So if you pick him up you also pick that up.

No thanks.

I'm all for bringing him in with Butler down. It's always possible he's been in a bad scheme that he doesn't play well in. He has talent, worth a dart throw.

According to Pro Football Talk, it's only guaranteed against injury, though. If he isn't a locker room disruption, then I think that's a good bet to make. If not, then he won't be tearing any ACLs from the bench.

He was cut for lack of hustle.. I definitely don't want a player who is cut for that reason.

For talent sake, he would only be a #3 guy here. Ryan and AJ25 would still be ahead of him, maybe even Sims if he’s as bad as some think. So do we really need him? Only if he’s actually an upgrade on Sims.
Not sure he is or worth the money

JRob came to the Titans from the Bucs the January before Hargreaves was drafted. You can bet he scouted him and probably still has enough connections there to know the full story.

I bet it goes well beyond not hustling on a few plays.

Texans got him /thread

Guy gets cut from the worst secondary in the league for being lazy and some of y’all want him....
