Plenty of blame to go around. The Firsk giveaway completely flipped the momentum. Titans fought back and had their chances but the kicking game needs to be addressed. That miss was huge.
 
Sorry I missed 5 mins of the game. How did we have no timeouts left with 4 mins left in the game. Hows that a thing
 
Titans did what they do best, crumble when they get any type of spotlight.

Season probably ended today
 
We’re technically not out of it. Bad game today but it’s been a fun 2nd half of the season and by God it can continue to be a fun 2nd half of the season.
 
So Texans get to the playoffs just to be one done congrats. They still suck, and nfl needs to address officiating im tired of this wishy washy bs.

We used them before the texans kicked a fg. i think vrable thought the best chance we had was 2 get the ball back with the most time left. I think he was hedging that decision on them missing the fg.

Texans went on an 80 yard drive kept alive by a huge DW run that put them in a situation where they had to use the TO's ended with the deciding FG for Texans. We out gained them and in many ways outplayed them but the early issues with not scoring came back to haunt us as well as Ryan Succop SUCKS !!

Had basketball all morning so I missed this game. Sounds like a lot of cussing would have happened.
 
Titans played well enough to win today.
A freak play that totally flipped the points but unbelievable that Kicking is THIS big of a problem.

A couple years ago there were threads and endless jokes on the signing of all these ST players and look at what is absolutely costing Tennessee games right now, ST.

This is not the first game caused by bad kicking but a blocked 45 yarder and the track record of such bad kicking , Vrabel would rather try a fake punt over a 55 yard att.

That is kicking.

The run D was not great. Hopkins still ate up a banged up secondary, but the kicking is what has me the most pi$$ed about this game.
 
That Firk fumble did us in.

I already knew it was going to be a tough game from the start. We just can't give up those type of plays against the Texans.

Going up 7-0 to being down 14-0 is something we just couldn't come back from.
 
Depressing loss, that big play killed us. Shame re the defensive and kicking deficiencies. Guess we root for the Bills but I think that's likely us done.

At least I firmly believe we go into next year with the Tannehill to Brown connection. Resign DH too. Need to upgrade at DE / OLB and K
 
We came in knowing that Succop wasn't right. Big surprise he misses a field goal and that is the margin of defeat. This ain't brain surgery. Hats off to Henery playing thru the pain. We shouldn't have lost this one. Vrabel and J Rob deserve the credit here.
