The Pittsburgh Steelers have lost wide receiver and kickoff return man Quincy Morgan to a fractured right fibula sustained in Sunday's wild-card victory at Cincinnati, an injury that forced the five-year veteran onto injured reserve Tuesday and will require surgery.
