How in the Hell did Manning get second Tiki Barber should have got it.
This just goes to show you that the media loves it's golden boy.
Tiki Barber didn't have the best Left Side in all of football with Walter Jones and Hutchinson blocking for him.
Yet this cat put up 1,860yds 20 less than alexander and over 500 receiving yards. Over 2,300yds of total offense only player in NFL history with 1,800yds rushing and 500yds receiving.
This guy Alexander wasn't even a threat out of the backfield with only 70yds receiving on the season???.
Then Peyton as we all know can't handle pressure just look at the Chargers game or all those New England games. He crumbles under pressure and over thinks.

28 TD is a serious case of real though...
I'm just thinking about 1 yard short of a rushing title??? Remember that?
Now that was Holmgren's call, I know, and this is a weak on my part and I'm not trying to make a case for the guy, but, he is the guy who brought his team BACK to the playoffs. How many current NFC playoff teams were there last year. The answer is 1.
Tell me that 1 yard short is irrelevant then I'll be forced to agree that nobody gets to the Probowl on past years performance. Right.
I don't see why Alexander helping to get the S'Hawks in the post season last year can't have any bearing on MVP now.
These are just thoughts...not real points I give a hoot or hollar about.
