Lewis got paid, maybe for one game his performance will match his salary.

Defensive line is got to have an exceptional day for the Titans to even stay in this one.

AP PRO32 RANKING — Saints No. 2, Titans No. 11

SAINTS OFFENSE — OVERALL (9), RUSH (16), PASS (7).

SAINTS DEFENSE — OVERALL (10), RUSH (4), PASS (17).

TITANS OFFENSE — OVERALL (t-15), RUSH (8), PASS (20).

TITANS DEFENSE — OVERALL (19), RUSH (13), PASS (25).

Aside from record... does this game matter?

I mean for the playoffs?

No. 6 AFC seed: This is a little dicey because it leans on strength of victory, which is a bit fluid and too complex for me to put into a simple paragraph form. The simpler method to get here is to have the Texans beat the Bucs, the Steelers lose once and the Titans win out. If that happens, Tennessee would be 10-6 and the sixth seed. The more complex version involves Tennessee losing once and the Steelers losing once and both end up at 9-7. Then their tiebreaker would come down to SOV (strength of victory), which is based on who they beat, except who the value of who they beat can change dramatically with two weeks left in the season.

Does anyone know why they practiced henry at all? Sounds like he re-injured the hammy in practice. Why practice him at all he has not been practicing?

Knowing Henry he probably undersold how it was. He said himself that he would play unless he had half a leg or something like that.

I think he’d have played if the Bucs had beat the Texans. Next week’s game matters way more now than today’s does.

At the time being, we have 2 games left. I'll enjoy them as much as I possibly can because ... The "Off-season" is long and full of Terror ...

I get sitting him but why did they practice him? Looks to me like a few more days off could have helped

Not a fan of the Henry decision but it’s the right move for the stretch run. Hammy injuries just don’t go away and unfortunately it’s going to linger for the remainder of the season and into the playoffs if the Titans make it. He may not be 100% next week but the 2 weeks off should definitely help him.

Dear God,
If you could find it in your heart to remind the New York Jets team how to play football, us Titan fans would be very appreciative.
