I was wondering? Never got the back story. Guess in Washington he was a bit wild. Just saw that impact by dump truck. Figured motor vehicle accident.

I haven't read it anywhere, but people talking on the radio made it sound like he was out training. I'm not familar with the area, but I know there are some interstate extensions around me that are named and numbered like interstates, but they have houses and businesses and stoplights. And people jog on them early morning. It might be like that. Or maybe not.
 
Heard it was a limited service road for dump trucks and other service vehicles. Which might make sense if he was jogging on that instead of an interstate. But still. Not a great idea. R. I. P.

I don’t think he was jogging. And it wasn’t a limited access service road. They said “limited access,” meaning limited access for strictly high speed motor vehicles. It just sounds like dude was trying to cross a highway…so, very weird.
