"The Post has learned" -- aka anonymous sources. Still though, it is not like this is Info Wars or CNN.

This could lead to some of the more high priced talent not being renewed.

Here are some shows being axed:

NFL Network is definitively cutting five programs. Sanders’ “21 & Prime,” “Power Rankings,” “Pick ‘em,” “Playbook” and “Mic’d Up” are off the air. The future of the weekend edition of “Good Morning Football” is in question.

The network says the money is going into the 100 year celebration thing

Is Sanders 21 & Prime a Deion Sanders show? If so, no wonder no one watches that

NFLN was way better when it was first starting out. NFL Total Access with Rich Eisen was awesome. AFC and NFC Playbook were great. One hour-long show for each conference with in-depth film break down. During the week they'd show games from the late 90s and early 00s.

Now it's just fucking trash 24/7.

That's what happens when you hire almost anyone that played football... instead of who's good.

GMFB is the best show on there hands down. The offseason is brutal. I do like the shows Rich Eisen is on. I don't think he's going anywhere.

Couldn’t hit the target more than once here. The NFL library is vast with all kinds of great games they could replay. I don’t mind they replay pretty much the previous season as well and while the Top 10 usually is super debatable, it’s ok along with football life.
I’m understanding to the fantasy football value to NFL somit makes sense they cover that.
Just like sportscenter built ESPN, total access was the first staple and they ruined that with the various talking head idiots on that show. After 16 football games happen, they should be able to run highlights for a day straight. Instead, they choose 5 plays and cover the major teams with talking heads.

Liability problem why they pulled it. Too many viewers gouged their eyes out and pulled their ears off.
Not gonna lie, I liked Sanders on CBS pregame show. I liked him even more when he was replaced by mushmouth shannon Sharpe.

Last night they had a steelers-chiefs game from like 95, and tonight they're showing quarterback challenge from 97, so maybe they're trying to get back to that.

Even if you were a big Deion fan, why would you want to watch his show? He’s not interested in being in depth, just getting looks.

Guy is real life clickbait.

Wes Welker got a Football Life episode.

Wes Welker.
Lol, ya they ran out of material a long time ago for those shows. I'm waiting for "Top 10" Lineman who peed their pants during a game

I don’t think Welker is an example of out of material but more bad selection, although still alive. Plenty of players that should be covered before a guy like Welker, he just taps into the current bandwagon fan hood of NE.

Top 10 has also had some really bad selections but also competes with other sites like YouTube. I’ll agree that one probably doesn’t have a whole lot of categories left.
