SUMMARY: Titans long-snapper Ken Amato fractured his left fibula on Oct. 23 at Arizona. He was replaced by Jon Dorenbos for the remainder of the season. Dorenbos has requested the Titans not tender him so he can become a free agent and seek a job with another team instead of compete against Amato in training camp. "(Dorenbos) knows he is going to have a chance somewhere else," Titans General Manager Floyd Reese said. "There will be a couple of teams that will need a long snapper, and he can get a job. Rather than him come in and compete with Amato, he wanted to be not tendered." The Titans are expected to tender S Donnie Nickie and re-sign LB Cody Spencer, QB Matt Mauck and RB Jarrett Payton, all exclusive-rights free agents.
