The Titans are 8-for-17 this season kicking FGs.

The 42-yard FG missed yesterday had plenty of leg but it's looking like Succop isn't going to return to form.

Time to go with Santoso or another option?
 
Im still not sure why we let Cody Parkey leave. The guy was 3/3 on FGs

Why keep Succop? Hes a part-time kicker at this point. Stupid to be carrying extra kickers to supplement what he cant do anymore.

Parkey is still out there. Snag him.

Go ahead and release the LB/K too. Not really sure what his specialty is that he was even brought in.
 
He's never going to be the same with the injury and surgery he had. Time to move on.
 
He was starting to slip last year. He's completely toast now. We can't go into the playoffs counting on a kicker who's been missing 80% of his kicks.

Didn’t Parkey miss a key FG - I know he wasn’t perfect when he was released. Not saying he’s worse than Succop at this point though , may need to address it

First kick was returned for 26, 2nd was a TB, 3rd kick for 29, the 4th was perfect coverage, the 5th kick didnt clear the 10-yard line and went for 20 yards.

If this guys sole purpose is to kickoff, shouldnt he be good at it?
 
Parkey can’t be any worse than Succop at this point, hard to believe the Titans who have historically had one of the best kickers/kicking games in the NFL for the last 20 years are in a situation where the kicking game has literally screwed us or if being a lock for a playoff spot currently. It’s a relief that we’ve been so prolific at scoring TDs in the red zone, especially since Tanny took over.
 
I’d put Succop on IR again and sign Parkey...with the injuries we have we can’t afford to keep 2 kickers active each week.

Avoid cap hit of cutting him and see if he can get healthy this offseason

Forget the cap hit, hes costing us more by being here
 
Succup is hurt for sure. He’s not right...That, or ruined. Someone has to be better than what we have out there.
 
Is the knee he messed up his kicking leg? If so I'm sure he lost a ton of strength after the surgery. We need a kicker for right now and give succop a off season to see if he can return to form and build that let up again. But in all likelihood he's done and we need an answer right now, if succop isn't even attempting 40 yards in warm ups that's horrible.
