I left YouTube TV because they dropped Fox Sports South and increased in price $15 by adding a lot of chit channels I’ll never watch. So onto Hulu Live which is $10 less but the games look low-res with no Redzone option.

I can’t believe someone hasn’t created a sports-only option. All the ESPN and Fox Sports channels, MLB, NBA and NFL Networks, etc. I’d pay $49.95 a month if it was true 720.

NHL has it's own streaming service, NHL.tv.. which is like $150/yr.. so you'd never get hockey in such a package.

it's basically just a free for all now, which is why there's 100 different streaming services with completely different content.. everyone wants their own service for a bigger piece of the pie

Never.

Everyone wants their own streaming service to make their own money. That's why we pay for NBC, FOX, and ABC's streaming services when those channels are FUCKING FREE WITH AN ANTENNA.

Pretty sure two of those “chit” channels they added were NFL Network and Redzone.

NFL makes way too much allowing others to bid for their product. And they don't have to spend the production costs.

So, while I won't say never... not likely. Unless they can make a shit-ton doing that.

I can’t get RedZone except on my phone unless I buy a package with the Cartoon Network, the Food Network and 40 other channels I’ll never watch for $64.99 a month. Maybe the NFL makes $2-3 per subscriber? I’d pay $8-10 to stream it on my TV as a stand alone app.

Just saying there has to be a better solution. You shouldn’t have to buy everything on the menu just to get what you really want to eat.

What are you talking about? Dazn has been out for 3 years now. $20 a month and you get every NFL game along with all the big Euro soccer leagues, boxing and MLS.

The service has actually gotten a lot better since that video was made.

For NFL you get
  • all games in HD
  • Ccondensed games
  • NFL network
  • NFL network on demand

pretty sure that package is Canadian

The company is European and the package is available in several countries. Just use a VPN to get around that.

Or don't and keep paying twice as much for an inferior package from the cable company

I can watch the NHL, NFL, MLB, NBA, Premier league Soccer, MMA, SEC Network all for free

The only thing available to US customers is fighting/boxing.

I know how VPNs work...but wouldn't signing in to your account which is obviously US based only get you US content?

Watch the video
The video in the quoted post says nothing about using a VPN or any other trickery. He says you can just log in and watch NFL games...which isn't the case in the US, according to the DAZN site.

The other video says use a VPN but it can be tricky to get it to work. My point is, it seems like it would be very easy for them to block an account from watching things outside of their country considering your account/payment info is clearly from the US.
