I think this could be an underrated loss.

He’s only a positional coach so overall probably not that big a deal but the titans have a history of giving up positional coaches with value (RB coach after CJ 2Kd).

I think this secondary has done pretty good including Sims who was drafted as a later round pick. Some of the credit deserves to go to Coombs.
 
Hopefully we can replace him with someone that can make street free agents able to cover pro bowlers in 5 days or less.
 
I loved this hiring at the time, and the group has improved while he's been here. Yes there's better talent, but it would still suck to lose him IMO.
