He could be going to Denver or Houston. However, Denver would give him a quicker shot at being an HC.
Why isnt he a HC yet, McNair's numbers and the offense's overall improved since he took over

Ya he is. This could cost him a HC job possible.

NEW GM: But you are under contract to me, the NEW GM
Dinger: But I signed to coach under old GM, so the contract is invalid now that you are GM
 
I guess this ruins any chances of dumping Billy V. on the Jets to recoup that 3rd round pick spent on Henry. Crap.
