Nice work, and a 18 months after a heart attack and major heart surgery

Well geez man, I didn’t know that.

Good for you, proud of ya!
Thanks SC... my Surgeon told me I was his "fittest" patient ever....LOL...btw, it was just a genetic thing....rather than lifestyle or diet. After the surgery he told me "you will be better than before". So far, so good...have a good one.

So...a French guy might actually win the Tour de France....

Julian Alaphilippe smashes Tour de France stage 13 time trial to take victory and extend overall lead - Cycling Weekly

Jullian Alaphiippe has always been a very, very good classics (one day race) type of guy and a good one. This year has been special for him, he is on the form of his life and has won over a dozen races. He captured the Yellow jersey over a week ago and everyone, including myself, assumed it would be taken off shortly thereafter by Geraint Thomas, the defending champion. But after today's Time Trail instead of losing the jersey, and huge amounts of time he actually put in the ride of his life and WON the stage...extending his lead in the overall over Thomas to 1:26. Now in truth the mountains have yet to begin, so he could still, and I would bet will, falter. But with nearly a minute and a half of lead to play with it will sure be interesting. FRANCE WILL GO MAD if he is able to hang onto and win in Paris. They have NOT had a TDF winner since 1983.

how many dopes did he do to get to this point?

Each winner of every stage is tested..along with Current Overall leader, points leader, and 10 random selections. Wonder how long the NFL would last if players were tested right after games?

BTW, I was tested after my recent STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. Along with the other top riders that day. First time for me. Had to go into a little tent where two USA CYCLING officials watched me/ and the rest take a piss. LOL...what a job they have huh? LOL

Did someone tell him the Germans are coming? That will get any Frenchman moving fast.
